We’re seeking a Territory SalesExecutive for Netherlands. In this role as Territory Sales Executive, you will beyou will be responsible for growing the business in your region by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents

  • Meet/exceed sales quota/targets across the territory, through newagent acquisition and increasing same store sales.

  • Manage end to end sales process for Independents, including sellingthe complete product portfolio where/when relevant, including the wholeAgent Implementation phase.

  • Accountable for prospecting, negotiating, signing contracts withnew agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete fullpackages, driving the activation process and training the location.

  • Focus on ramp up of new locations to ensure they achieve fullrevenue potential.

  • Regular visits to high performing locations and identifies andaddresses issues within the current network.

  • Meet productivity targets and overall revenue of all locationswithin territory and manage Agent lifecycle for all Independents interritory.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumerproducts

  • Able to work independently and strong decision-making skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and listeningskills

  • Able to gain the trust and confidence of client

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
