We’re seeking a Regional Director based in the Atlanta, GA region.In this role, youwill develop and implement business strategy, prioritization, and execution plans to increase revenue and profit in a sustainable way. You willoversee network expansion, account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance including transaction volume, revenue, distribution channel, products, merchandising, service quality for the company portfolio of services.

TheOpportunity

  • Manageassigned regions, grow Revenue and improve profitability to meet or exceedassigned objectives.

  • Manage assigned Key Account Executives, Area Managersand Area Sales Executives.

  • Provide direction, prioritization and developmentof plans and people designed to maximize attainment of objectives.

  • Analyzes market data and company reports to address,reinforce, or correct market performance trends and capitalize on marketopportunities.

  • Create and execute commission optimization plansto maximize P&L profitability.

  • Partner with the Product Team to recommend price adjustmentsfor specific agents, corridors, products and markets.

  • Growand implement business strategy, prioritization, and execution plans

  • Manageteam of direct and indirect reports. Be responsible for develop talent withinthe team.

  • Analyzes market data and company reports to identifytrends and take action appropriately.

  • Partnerwith multiple Western Union functions across a matrix organization

  • Participatein complex negotiations as well as assist team in removing road blocks ingetting deals completed.

  • Performsother related duties as assigned

What you will need tosucceed:

  • Stronginner drive to meet and exceed revenue objectives. You are constantly assessingperformance and results to ensure delivery is on target.

  • Abilityto plan and execute strategy as well as taking corrective action when needed. Strongsense of urgency in implementing strategies and actions.

  • Independentdecision-making on complex or strategic challenges. Strategic problem-solving,provides creative solutions and ensures continuous improvement.

  • Demonstratedleadership experience. You excel in building high performance sales teams andfoster empowerment and accountability.

  • Demonstratednegotiation skills.

  • Bachelor'sdegree is required, prefer in Business, Marketing or related area of study.

  • Abilityto navigate and get things done in a matrix organization.

  • Abilityto travel a minimum of 30% per year.

What will make youstand out:

  • Minimumof seven (7) years previous experience in sales or other relevant fields isrequired, 10 years preferred.

  • 3- 5 years of experience in sales management is required

  • Priormoney transfer or financial services experience is preferred. Current customer experiencein supermarket, mass merchandising, or the check cashing industry preferred,

  • Bi-lingual/bi-culturalexperience is highly desired

  • Bi-lingualin English and Spanish is preferred
