WUBS Malta is a Payment Institution offering FX spot payments and limited use Forward Contracts to SME and Corporate Customers, located principally in Malta.
We’re seeking an AMLCompliance Manager, based in our Malta office. The incumbent will be responsible for AML and Markets matters related to the sale of the above products and will act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the entity.

The incumbent will provideAML and Markets-related compliance advice and support to the business andsupport corporate governance by providing compliance reports to the Board ofDirectors and to local and group governance committees as appropriate.
She/ He will beresponsible for submitting regulatory returns and notifications to regulatorybodies as required
She/He will be the primarypoint of contact for the MFSA and FIAU on AML and Markets Compliance relatedmatters.
She/ He will be requiredto be approved and registered with the MFSA in the role of MLRO.
What you will need tosucceed:
Minimum of 5 years’experience in a compliance or similar role.
Willingness to undertakeadditional training and gain qualifications as necessary to support performanceof the role
Fluent speaking andwriting in English
Strong written and verbalcommunications skills, including formal presentation skills
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention todetail in daily routine
Working knowledge of MSWord, Excel, and preferably MS Access
Well-developedinterpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work in achanging environment with multiple priorities
Experience in Complianceand Anti money laundering issues
Experience in FinancialInstruments requirements (MiFID) (preferred)
