We’re seeking a Digital Relationship Manager in our Malta office. In this role, you will manage significant portfolio (500+) of VSE clients, providing an excellent customer experience, using “sales through service” techniques to ensure retention, use of EDGE platform and increase in product holdings/services

  • Responsible forhouse account portfolio growth and retention – large number of VSE accounts(between 300 and 500) with yearly revenue up to $160,000

  • Ensure clients areexperiencing quality service through EDGE (digital platform)

  • Answer allincoming requests (by phone, online, etc.) and route appropriately Completereaccreditation of accounts every year

  • Follow revenue andretention metrics to optimize the potential of the portfolio

  • Transferperforming accounts to CRM for “VIP” and proactive management if necessarythroughout the year

  • Work withMarketing on reactivation and nurturing campaigns

  • Servicing allclients through EDGE and be the direct contact for all customer EDGE queries

  • Responsible topromote EDGE, EDGE workshops, meet clients, retain House account and work toachieve house account revenue target. Working together with CRMs to give thebest possible EDGE experience throughout

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience with sales or client management

  • Basic understandingof consultative sales principles building long-term client relationships

  • Highly self-motivatedand confident, with high integrity and tenacity to outperform thecompetition.

  • Contribute apositive team environment and fully embrace diversity

  • Fluent English and Maltese

  • Financially astutewith knowledge of business needs/concerns.
