We’reseeking a Sales Support Specialist based in our Brussels office in Belgiumsupporting the Benelux Region .In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, capturing and entering data relevant for agent enrollment and regulatory registration.

Check thecontracts and documents collected by the sales teams
Prepare and submitenrollment packages and following up on the enrollment process
Provide post-sales administrative support, acting as acentral point between the Sales team and the Enrollment, Operations, AgentActivation and Credit teams
Make outboundagent calls to support document collection
On-board newTerritory Sales Executives by providing the right and latest workingtools, training agenda
Act ascentral liaison person between the Head of Sales andthe Sales team
Coordination ofreports, supporting the monitoring of sales results and diaries for thesales team
Ensure that theSales team completes all necessary paperwork; follow up on trackingreports in place and keep them up to date on a weekly basis
What you will need to succeed:
University degree(i.e. Business Administration, Marketing, Finance) or comparableprofessional experience
Goodorganizational skills and you demonstrate the ability to multiple tasks and setup processes to improve the organization of workload
Drivenand motivated – you work with constant confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience
Demonstratedpositive mind to always think about solutions rather than problems
Communicationand interpersonal skills –comfortable and capable of communicating with alllevels of people within and outside the business in an articulate manner with ahigh level of professionalism
Excellentlistening skills and able to gain the trust and confidence of clients over thephone. You are skillful in relevant systems for data analysis and you have anexcellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications
Fluency in English, French, and Dutchis required
