We’re seeking for a SeniorMarketing Manager, based in our Casablanca, Morocco office . In this role, you will develop and implement marketing plans, policies, and activities such as market research, advertising and promotion, and new product development to maximize marketing impact.

  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term andlong-range issues that must be addressed; providing information andcommentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses ofaction; implementing directives.

  • Support the launch and improve digital channel and product, as wellas run digital marketing.

  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports bydirecting market research collection, analysis, and interpretation ofmarket data.

  • Develop marketing plans and programs for each channel – Retail andDigital- directing promotional support.

  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developingspecific customer- relations programs; determining company presence atconventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluatingcurrent and future market trends.

  • Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statisticsregarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consultingwith internal and external sources.

  • Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketinginformation.

  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget;scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating correctiveactions.

  • Complete marketing department operational requirements byscheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

  • Develop marketing staff by providing information, educationalopportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attendingeducational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks; participating in professional societies.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or arelated discipline.

  • 10+ years related work experience in marketing

  • Previous hands on experience in Digital field is amust.

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles andintegrated marketing practices.

  • Excellent, communication, interpersonal,presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with development and implementation ofstrategic marketing campaigns and communication plans

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
