Right now, we areseeking a Business Analyst located in Englewood, CO.

The Business Analyst works closely with business and technical stakeholders and is responsible for identification and assessment of business goals and needs, requirement analysis, delivery and support of business solutions. The incumbent will engage with business groups throughout the organization in order to gather detailed business requirements. The successful candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently or as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment under tight resource and schedule restrictions preferred. Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills are required.

This is a business analyst focused on delivering software solutions to solve business problems


  • Elicit anddocument requirements from business stakeholders across the organization

  • Facilitaterequirement and design discussions between non-technical stakeholders and thesoftware development team.

  • Collaborate withProduct Managers and Business Stakeholders to understand user goals and needs.

  • Write technicalrequirements for development (agile / Scrum).

  • Collect businessfeedback on in flight project design

  • Work closely withthe Product Manager and Project Manager to plan releases and manage scope.

  • Trouble shootproduction issues relating to software behavior

  • Balancerequirements of various business departments in the organization

  • Uncover complexityin stakeholder requests.

  • Analyze businessworkflow and suggest improvements.


  • 1 or more years BAexperience or college accredited courses in a related discipline

  • Demonstratedcritical-thinking, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills

  • Ability to buildrelationships up to the director level within the organization

  • Strong oral andwritten communication skills

  • Basic negotiationskills

  • Knowledge ofBusiness Analysis tools and techniques to elicit and communicate requirements

  • Ability tointeract with technical, business and operational experts to establish and meetcommon goals
