In this critical role, you’ll help us to evolve and support in implementing the WU Way. You’ll lead the WU Way change team in their responsibilities by providing both detailed and strategic instruction and technical expertise, such as training others at the green belt level. You will be coaching senior business leaders to ensure teams are proficient in the WU Way tools and practices with accountability for the development and execution of the program.You’ll creatively solve a variety of highly complex issues across multiple departments and stakeholders and drive the customer-centric culture throughout the company. You’ll use your influencing skills to shape financial budget and investments decisions, cultivate innovation, and challenge the status quo.
As a passionate change agent, you will need to have comprehensive knowledge of several functions within the organization, including functional processes, resources, and challenges. You will have 6 years’ plus experience managing teams, and strong business knowledge, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.You will have at least 5 years of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
