Better requires world-classcompliance frameworks and risk strategies
In this role, you will execute Assurance activities to support business growth and compliance requirements for information technology including PCI Compliance, SOC Reports, Regulatory Compliance, Client/Partner Requests and Internal Audit/SOX support, where applicable. You will manage the Supplier Risk Assessment Program, as well as contractual reviews for suppliers and clients/partners. You will also, collaborate closely with other Risk Management functions (e.g., Internal Audit, Compliance Legal/Privacy, and Global Business Risk) to identify, communicate and raise the awareness of cybersecurity risks within the organization. In addition, you will maintain strong relationships throughout Western Union to stay abreast of the needs of the business while socializing the importance of complying with all relevant standards and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with internal and external assessment bodies, monitoring and communicating proposed / new laws and regulations to ensure future compliance andresponding to inquiries and questionnaires while providing evidence to support exams.You will alsoserve as an expert advisor on compliance readiness as well as manage and lead a team of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professionals.
For such a pivotal role, you need aBachelor’s degree and seven-plus years of management experience with global teams and increasing responsibility. You should also have five-plus years managing GRC programs within a highly regulated business including advanced knowledge of global standards and regulations. CISSP and related security experience strongly preferred.
