Better requires process discipline and simplification
Deliver AMERICAS revenue targets for the digital Money Transfer business, managing the marketing, digital product team, pricing and analytics team, and coordinating with the CRM global team.Join Western Union as aGTM DIGITAL MARKETING US Leader Denver CO.
Your responsibilities will include:Maintain relationship with the media and creative agency at regional level, including budget allocation, optimization and KPIs (both digital and ATL investments) across all channels.Manage the Digital Product function across the region to deliver prioritized features and new products for the web and app. Coordinate with the US Global Digital Product. Lead the Marketing function across the region to deliver acquisition and retention targets, including budget management, tracking and reporting.Digital Pricing function across the region, to maximize RPT and corridor growth.Talent review and team skills and expertise ongoing assessment to align with strategic goals, including coaching and mentoring on digital strategies and media efficiencies and effectiveness.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have adegree. MBA a plus. 8 to10years’ experience in Digital functions (preferably marketing) with multinational companies.Proven history of digital analytics skills
