Right now, we are seeking a Manager - Corporate Finance , based at our Global Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, to work with our experienced corporate finance team.

In this role you will manage key Corporate Finance functions and serve as liaison with other CFO organizations including other Finance teams, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and M&A. Does this interest you?

Here are the responsibilities :

  • Manages theforecast of financial statements (Income Statement, Cash FlowStatement/details, Balance Sheet, tax detail) and leads analysis of actualresults

  • Leadscalculation, tracking and review of actual and forecasted currency impacts

  • Supports Treasuryand M&A teams by providing scenario modeling, analysis and reporting

  • Leadscompany-wide close and estimate process

  • Manages financemonthly close processes, including analyzing and summarizing results, preparingflash and close reports, and consolidating variance analyses in accordance withkey SOX processes

  • Understands andclearly articulates complex business issues

  • Partnerseffectively cross-functionally to build consensus and deliver on multiplepriorities simultaneously

  • Supports otherCorporate Finance processes, including quarter-end reporting, earnings release,planning and forecast cycle, Corporate finance communication, among other

  • Performs other adhoc reporting and analysis as needed

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field, heavily preferred

  • MBAand/or Certified Financial Analyst or progress towards

  • 5+years’ experience in financial reporting, financial modeling and analysis

  • Experiencewith financial reporting tools; advanced excel; experience with HyperionEssbase a plus

  • Experiencewith database management tools like SQL, MS Access

  • Provenexperience leading projects, presenting and communicating with finance team andleadership
