Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll be responsible for providing budget and expense support for the Global Operations organization and for functional teams in day-to-business operations. You will manage workforce activities, including management of the central record for Operations hiring plans and alignment with HR and finance support in the enforcement of hiring budget adherence. Control Third Party spend management and purchasing and accounts payable processes for functional areas across Global Operations. You will support in the process of budget metrics and expense analysis for the Global Operations Leadership. You will provide management with transparent, key financial data trend information monthly as well as additional ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis.

You will have 7+ years of finance or accounting experience and/or business analysis experience. Prior Call Center and/or operations finance knowledge. You'll be highly efficient in Excel, Hyperion, Oracle, Work Force Planning. You will have excellent business partnering skills with focus on consulting and influencing mindset with demonstrated leadership ability. You'll have excellent business judgement and self-starter capabilities with high attention to detail. You will be able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success. You'll have the ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes.
