We’re seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager, based in our Denver, Colorado office (WU headquarters). You will be responsible for directing the regional operation of real estate in assisting with driving, coordinating and maintaining key regional real estate initiatives. Your responsibilities may include key aspects of financial management, regional real estate planning and forecasting, tracking of regional portfolio metrics and drivers.

  • Maintains working relationship with key regional business unit leaders.

  • Liaises with PMO and CREWS leadership in the management of the global portfolio.

  • Manages the administration of one or two large sites within a region.

  • Develops, maintains, and manages relationships with landlords and municipal authorities

  • Oversees facilities vendor management and contract administration for the region.

  • Provides facility management and building operations for one or two large sites within a region.

  • Manages construction initiatives within the region with support from the PMO.

  • Develops and maintains key internal competencies in space planning, inventory management, site utilization, lease administration, and forecasting.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Five to Seven years’ experience in real estate and facility management.

  • Experience managing a diverse, multi-site operation.

  • Commercial real estate project management.

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  • Strong oral, written, and analytical communication skills.

  • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.

  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully.

  • Ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes.
