Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for providing tactical budget and expense support for the Global Operations organization and for functional teams in day-to-day operations. You'll facilitate workforce activities, including management of the central record for Operations hiring plans and alignment with HR and finance support in the enforcement of hiring budget adherence. You will assist in 3 rd Party spend management and purchasing/accounts payable processes for functional areas across Global Operations. You'll support in the process of budget metrics and expanse analysis for the Global Operations Leadership.

You will have 4-6 years of relevant experience. You'll have Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and the broader Microsoft Office suite. You will have basic knowledge of financial and budgeting concepts. You'll have strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. You'll consume and synthesize often large volumes of information from varied sources to execute on the responsibilities of the job quickly and effectively. You'll respond constructively to changes or unexpected shifts in priorities. You will be a collaborative contributor who operates seamlessly in team environments and across multiple functions as needed to get the job done.
