We’ll be looking for you to develop, implement and maintain communication strategies and initiatives that successfully raise the company’s profiles regionally and globally, across many channels. You’ll beleading dual communications strategies: Corporate reputation building to drive critical stakeholder engagement and integrated communications to support brand reappraisal, and customer acquisition. You’llsupport strategic planning & development process while focusing on outstanding execution and project management utilizing internal & external resources. You’llCurate earned & owned media opportunities for key regional and global executives. There will beshared responsibility for overarching strategy & execution of global corporate social media content on social media channels. Included in this role will beco-leading content creation & publishing strategy for written, visual & audio content across owned corporate social/owned platform You’ll develop global tools to drive lean management and optimize efficiency

Your responsibilities will includedriving corporate reputation and lead integrated role in brand reappraisal and customer acquisition. You’ll besetting priorities and ensuring alignment with business unit/marketing strategies and KPIs. You’llco-lead maximum channel integration & investment effectiveness on earned, owned & social media. Additionally, you’llsource, support & coach company leaders in speaking opportunities & prepare messaging documents. There will beoptimization opportunities by independently gathering business & market intelligence. You’lllead development of content (briefs, messages, releases, statements, speeches etc.) You’llestablish performance metrics and report regularly with insights and recommendations. You’llmanage internal & external resources to efficiently plan & execute integrated comms campaigns. Manage and ensure consistency and speed in issue-driven reactive communications. Drive social & corporate alignment across social & owned channels to include blog, LI, Twitter. Lead several key global/corporate initiatives with the CEO/ET members each year

For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a business/communications/marketing related program or even more desirable, a master’s degree. You’ll need to haveexcellent written & verbal communication skills, very strong organizational, management & technical skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects, being able to track projects with varying deadlines. You’ll need to beflexible and able to act quickly, competently, confidently and with high degree of work autonomy. You’ll be able to providestrong examples in supporting thought leadership, strategy & complex change agendas and go from strategy to operational plan, delivering results under often challenging timelines. You’ll be able to provide examples ofwriting for senior leaders and deliver outstanding project management of comms priorities. You’ll be able to show examples ofstrong influencing skills & business understanding, with an audience-focused perspective to business. You’ll have provenstrong emotional intelligence & able to manage high-pressure, navigate competing priorities & deliver results. You’ll need to have at least 5+ years ofexperience working with large, established brands or agencies. Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and mentoring a team. You’ll need to have a minimum of10 years of experience in PR &/or corporate communications, with 5-7 years management experience. You must be multi-lingual preferable French, Portuguese, or Spanish.
