Better requires process discipline andsimplification
We’ll be looking to you to maximize WU Retail business through development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for new and existing products, as well as agent networks. You’ll support the GTM leadership in managing the Money Transfer P&L through market pricing and consumer analytics. You’ll be managing the retail budgets and lead the regional marketing organization.
Your responsibilities will include Network & POS branding including activation, expansion, and maintenance. You’ll be responsible for developing Retail Marketing campaigns including planning/execution/measurement of the following:
Retention/ TPC increase (CRM, DCO)
Pricing / Product communication
You’ll be leading the market, pricing intelligence & analytics process including:
Corridor / Consumer segment insights
You’ll oversee planning, controlling and optimizing the budget management.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a business related program or even more desirable, a master’s degree. You’ll need to have15years of omni channel marketing experienceincluding10+ years experience in leading international marketing teams. You’ll have substantial experience in leading optimization and transformation efforts You’ll have a proven track record of building and managing an effective marketing organization in retail and digital markets. You’ll have adeep understanding of MT category both in digital and retail (consumers, products, MTOs, pricing.) You will need to havehands on experience in budget and campaign management/optimization (consolidations, synergies, prioritization.) Part of who you are is a great communicator, ability to build collaborative and effective relationships with peers and across the entire organization (ability to leverage all shared services and resources available.) You’ll maintain a commercial mindset to identify opportunities and translate them into effective marketing programs.
