We’re seeking a Global Compliance Project Management Manager based in Dublin, Ireland office . In this role, you will influence resources instrumental in the development of processes, systems, and strategies related to Western Union compliance with international laws, government regulations and industry best practices. You will manage a small number of complex large projects or multiple complex small projects initiated within the Global Compliance Department.

Manage and coordinate activities of the project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design and development, testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review
Monitor and evaluate project progress, maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication on progress
Create process flows and test cases, conducting testing, recognizing problem areas, analyzing solutions, and making recommendations for resolution
Work closely with senior leaders providing updates on projects and initiatives and presenting to broad audiences across business groups
What you will need to succeed:
Solid experience of managing projects in a complex retail financial services organization with multiple products in payment services, or in a regulatory agency specializing in compliance issues for payment services
Substantive understanding of retail/commercial financial services products (consumer protection, prudential requirements, AML)
Substantive understanding of project management methodology; prior experience managing projects within a compliance or technology organization
Demonstratable working knowledge of regulations within banking/financial services industry
Ability to create change through influence, foster teamwork and orchestrate teams; demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment due to the nature of the global regulatory landscape, and to multitask and take on several projects at the same time.
