We’re seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, based in our Dublin office. In this Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity focused role, you assess operational risks, develop & communicate risk mitigation and recovery environment requirements, coordinate development and exercising of continuity plans associated with the company’s technology operations and business functions. The person who fills this position is expected to interact with the various technology support groups and business function owners.

  • Performing risk analysis of corporate functional areas to identify points of vulnerability and recommending disaster avoidance and reduction strategies, and improved resilience capabilities.

  • Facilitate and coordinate the development of and routine updates to technology disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Recommending recovery strategies and options and assisting with the implementation of recovery solutions.

  • Assessing the Business Continuity implications of proposed technological changes and coordinating any revisions to existing Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans and Procedures necessitated by such changes.

  • Plan and coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises. Documenting the results of all tests and exercises and identifying any enhancements to the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans and Procedures.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience delivering an IT operations role

  • Experience in working in business continuity and disaster recovery planning

  • Knowledge and understanding of current disaster recovery planning techniques and methods used in performing risk assessments and business impact analyses

  • Working knowledge of Information Security, databases, networks, data and voice telecommunications in order to assist in the preparation of recovery procedures in those areas

  • Good English language skills – written and spoken

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience

  • Financial services and/or data center services provider

  • Project management skills. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the testing of technology infrastructure and business resumption procedures
