We’re seeking aDirector of Finance, based in our Englewood, Colorado office (globalheadquarters) .Leads the Shared Services FP&A team and is a key financial advisor in linking strategies for Care Operations, General Counsel (Legal/Compliance), CFO, HR and Real Estate with financial objectives.   • Responsible for all areas of SharedServices, excluding Technology and SPMC, comprising $560M of annual spend

  • Owns the annual financial plans and theassociated budgeting, forecasting and R&O processes; key contributor to thestrategic planning process, including the long-range financial forecast andanalysis of long-term investments

  • Manages ongoing reporting cycle to ensureroutine dissemination of business performance and discussion of results withShared Services management, including tracking and reporting the financialperformance of key projects

  • Partners with Shared Services leaders tosupport key business decisions; define clear leading indicator drivers offinancial outcomes

  • Supports efforts to reduce operatingcosts; accountable for driving productivity efforts and maintaining theworkforce plans

  • Aligns to shifting Shared Servicesbusiness priorities (e.g. new business efforts, org. changes, zero-basedbudgeting, product/channel cost attribution, etc.)

  • Codifies know-how and ways of working,ensuring consistency and accountability in adherence to defined policies andpractices, reducing exceptions and variation

  • Focuses on continuous end-to-end processimprovement for FP&A team and area of responsibility

What you will need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, withprogressive responsibilities & senior level management

  • Proven experience in multi-nationalorganizations, educational background in finance or accounting
