Right now, we are seeking aManager, Financewhich is located at our Global Headquarters in Englewood, CO
In this role you will be responsible for the financial decision support functions for the GMT US Sales team. As well as, support business partners in key decision-making processes: new agents signings and renewals. This includes;
Partnering with sales to drive key strategic priorities including digitization, customer centricity and network productivity
Ensuring agent proposals are aligned with the strategic principles of the GMT organization and adhere to policies and procedures
Own oversight of all US agent related new and existing business cases.
Working with regional sales team to ensure accurate business cases are presented for approval.
Monitoring agent payments and report material change in trends; identify drivers and provide recommendations
Focus on continuous end-to-end process improvement for areas of accountability
5+ years of progressively senior management
Experience in multi-national organizations, educational background in finance or accounting
Skills & Competencies Required:
High degree of financial acumen, strong understanding of impacts on financial modeling.
Has an understanding of the company’s value delivery chain with the customer in mind and is able to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
Proven ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success
Able to have transparent and productive relationships and collaborate successfully across the organization
Strong people leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills
Communicates and works effectively across all levels of the company
