Right now, we are seeking a Manager, Reporting &Analysis based at Western Union’s Global Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado location.
In this role, you will develop and manage a team of reporting Specialists and Sr Specialists. You will act as a liaison with various business units to understand customer requirements and provide consistent product to support the business need.

Provide strategicanalytics aligned with supporting the organizational mission
Consolidate and createefficiencies in reporting from component groups that feed data and businessupdates to this centralized reporting depot, including the evaluation andimplementation of existing or new tools to enable both executive and detailedanalyses
Frame and structure analysis with a rigorous, high standard ofprofessionalism
Manageoffshore resources around the globe to perform additional data querying tasksas required.
Leada team of specialists and senior specialists in the delivery of high-qualityanalysis to help meet business needs
Manipulatethe data using advanced analytic techniques, especially those used in omni-channelcustomer analytics
Analyzeand visualize data as appropriate to reach informed conclusions, whether by creatinghistograms and probability distributions to setting up valid design ofexperiments to more advanced concepts like estimating demand elasticities,predictive modeling and other statistical techniques.
What you will need tosucceed:
Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s/Master’sdegree related to quantitative analysis or equivalent experience preferred(i.e. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, etc.);
5-7 years in project management, consultingstakeholders, or employee/team management preferred
Clear communicator, capable of presentinganalytic findings to small groups of senior-level business owners andregulators is required
Must be able to think independently with aproblem-solving mindset, operate well with minimal supervision, and workcollaboratively with operations stakeholders to meet business demands andinfluence project prioritization
Strong experience collaborating closely withbusiness stakeholders, utilizing advanced analytic techniques to generateinsights to inform key business decisions recommended
Strong ability to translate complex, technicalinformation to stakeholders in order to create strategy and vice versa
People management and team building skills
Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable inexercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competingpriorities
Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle,Netezza and Hive with expert command of SQL.Statistics background withcommand of SAS / R a plus, as well as the following specific concepts /techniques: price elasticity analysis, consumer demand modeling, CHAID,experimental design (DoE), regression (logistic and OLS), principal componentand factor analysis, time series analysis and forecasting preferred.
Highly ambitious – seeks accountability in achallenging business environment and thrives on success in the marketplacethrough innovative problem solving
Strong financial acumen and regulatory presencewith prior professional experience in Financial Services / Banking field a plus
