We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Compliance Systems, based in our Englewood, Colorado office (global headquarters). In this role, you will contribute to the effectiveness of global operations teams by ensuring that requirements for strategic projects and programs are captured and solutions are delivered to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Responsibilities include business analyst activities for small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, from ideation to delivery, with collaboration from business partners, solutions delivery teams, and other cross-functional team members.

  • Lead business requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Create end-to-end business requirements documents including wireframes, use cases, user stories, diagrams, and process flows

  • Facilitate workshops to document and map operational work-flows and procedures

  • Regularly interact with the Company's IT personnel translating high-level complex business requirements into actionable technical design documents and ensures regulatory authority and user architecture needs are followed while acting as a liaison between Global Compliance operations, support departments such as Finance, Operations and Security, and developers

  • Recommend key metrics for tracking performance and develops and maintains complex reports, dashboards and scorecards to track metrics from multiple data sources

  • Create process flows and test cases, conducting testing, recognizing problem areas, analyzing solutions and making recommendations for resolution

  • Maintain attention to detail while coordinating efforts cross-functionally

What you will need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering well-documented data requirements, translating business requirements into technical requirements

  • Extensive experience working in waterfall, agile, and blended software development methodologies

  • Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with visual analytic software such as Tableau

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & in writing

  • Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positive demeanor

  • Understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations within the banking/financial services Industry

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business Analyst experience required

  • Experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products, or a regulatory agency or law firm involving payment services compliance issues relating to anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, and related laws and regulations is preferred
