We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, based in our Denver, Colorado office (global headquarters) . In this role, you willassist in the financial planning & analysis for the Technology organization.

  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas

  • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations

  • Preparation of Strategic & Operating Plans & Forecasts

  • Preparing estimates, tracking Risks & Opportunities

  • Tracking and reporting the financial performance of large projects

  • Other ad hoc analysis and support

What you will need to succeed:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Mastery of MS Excel required and experience MS PowerPoint

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting processes

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with reconciliation work

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently

  • Able to manage competing priorities

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment, but also comfortable with routines

  • Comfortable working with all levels, including senior management, to drive execution and accountability of projects

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics or related field, heavily preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting and/or finance

  • 2+ years’ experience in public accounting a plus

  • 1+ years’ experience with financial reporting tools; experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus
