The Job

Senior Manager, Global Marketing Communications

Role Purpose

To support the delivery of revenue growth and brand health goals by directly improving the effectiveness of our marketing investments through the provision of communications planning, messaging, creative asset development, specifically marketing communications toolkits.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create marketingcommunications strategies for our priority global products by leading messagingand creative consumer research, developing positioning and messaging bestpractices, producing global assets and toolkits

  • Promote experimentationacross markets, documenting and socializing learnings and best practices toconstantly optimize our communications strategy and media mix allocation acrosspaid, earned, shared and owned for specific product strategies, in partnershipwith our Go To Market teams and Corporate Communications, Social Media and PRteams

  • Specifically:

  • Develop consumer commsone pager (including messaging, benefits etc.)

  • Profile comms targetaudience

  • Media mixrecommendations (across POE) – partnering with from Global GMT Comms &Social to create a holistic view

  • Develop Retailer/agentcommunication recommendations (if relevant)

  • Creative assetsdevelopment and production including multi format assets

  • Define best practiceguidance on how to deliver a successful campaign

  • Recommend measurementprinciples and suggested KPIs and benchmarks

About you

  • College degree, MBApreferable.

  • A strong understandingof all areas of marketing communications derived from either agency or clientside.

  • Able to take on aleadership role in shaping and implementing best practices to supportorganizational objectives and business success.

  • Strong problem solving,commercial acumen, analytics and communication skills.

  • The ability to be acompany-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindsetchanges.

  • 8-10 years of experiencebuilding, managing and executing brand strategy for diverse brands.

  • Proven ability to managelarge projects from large and/or multiple clients.

  • Experience withintegrated communication plans including ATL, BTL, digital, social, loyalty andcustomer experience.

  • Global experience withknowledge of how local culture can challenge the global strategy & creativeexecution.

  • Ability to articulateand sell in concepts, strategy, and creative recommendations and plans verballyand visually in programs like PowerPoint.

  • Strong ability to leadteam regional team/BBS shop with minimal oversight

  • Keen understanding ofwhen to elevate projects to senior management

  • Strategic thinkingskills and ability to offer creative solutions that will work for both theclient and the brand
