Right now, we are seeking a Solutions Specialist, End User ComputingSolutions Engineering based at Western Union‘s Global Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.
In this role, you will be a part of a team responsible for building and managing systems that support the Western Union end user environment while meeting performance, compliance, and security requirements. This team provides third-level escalation support, partners with the Operational Excellence team, and is tasked with forward-thinking innovation and continuous improvement.

You will consult with Run teams andstakeholders to identify hardware, software or system specifications
Build systems based on user and systemspecifications
Assist in designing, developing, testingand implementing technical solutions for end-user infrastructure systems
Execute test plans andproofs-of-concept, document result and integrate into final design
Provide third-level support for end-usertechnologies on workstations, mobile devices, servers and peripherals
Recommend technology and processenhancements to improve service delivery
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’sdegree related to computer science preferred or equivalent experience (i.e.Computer Science, IT, etc.);
Experience working with and supporting one ormore of the following: Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server, MacOS, VDI, applicationpackaging and deployment, patching, image build and maintenance, ActiveDirectory, Group Policy.
Experience with one or more of the followingtools: Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, JAMFPro, Powershell, WSUS, SCCM or Tanium
Curiosity and ability to quickly learn newconcepts and technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
Proven customer support experience andunderstanding of business processes
What will makeyou stand out:
At least 2 years of progressive experience or equivalent required
Strong technical background and experience with a variety oftools, operating systems, and platforms.
Experience leading a project, team members, vendor partners and/oran initiative preferred
