We’re seeking a Treasury Bank Relationship Manager , based in our Englewood, Colorado office (globalheadquarters). The Treasury Bank Relationship Manager will manage the key relationships with external banks and service providers that enable the company’s product and services. In this role, you will performan ongoing review of global business needs, existing providers, and pricing of services in order to optimize the bank network capabilities and ensure that deliverables are met to support the business strategy.

  • Createand maintain bank and service provider relationships to support WUBS businessrequirements and expansion plans

  • Defineand communicate business requirements for bank accounts and work with banks toensure services are established to meet business needs

  • Primarypoint of contact for communication with bank partners, and escalation ofoperational issues for resolution

  • Conductperiodic meetings with banks and service providers to review existing servicesand new product offerings and opportunities

  • Negotiatefees with new and existing providers

  • Completebank AML/KYC questionnaires with Compliance and Treasury teams

  • Maintainsubject matter expertise in domestic clearing systems and developcountry-specific knowledge about geo-political developments and regulatorychanges, working along with internal legal and compliance teams

  • Ongoingcommunication and education with regional operations support and internalstakeholders

  • Providesupport to sales & product teams regarding bank network and capabilities

  • Identifyand drive operational improvements that enhance end-to-end business processes

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness, Finance, or related subject matter

  • 5+ years ofTreasury/Banking/Finance experience
