We’re seeking a Regional Director based in Texas, work from home .In this role, youwill develop and implement business strategy, prioritization, and execution plans to increase revenue and profit in a sustainable way. You willoversee network expansion, account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance including transaction volume, revenue, distribution channel, products, merchandising, service quality for the company portfolio of services.
Manage assigned Key Account Executives, AreaSales Managers and Area Sales Executives.
Provide direction, prioritization and developmentof plans and people designed to maximize attainment of objectives.
Analyzes market data and Company reports to address,reinforce, or correct market performance trends and capitalize on marketopportunities.
Create commission optimization plans to maximizeP&L profitability.
Partner with Product to recommendfee/fx/commission adjustments for specific agents, corridors, products andmarkets.

What you will need tosucceed:
Abilityto travel a minimum of 40% per year.
Bachelor'sdegree is required, prefer in Business, Marketing or related area of study.
Provenability to solve practical challenges and apply creative solutions
Historyof working independently and in a team environment. Work effectively across allfunctions
What will make youstand out:
Minimum of seven (7) years previous experience in sales or other relevant fields is required, 10 years preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in sales management is required
Current customer experience in supermarket, mass merchandising, or the check cashing industry preferred
Bi-lingual/bi-cultural experience is highly desired
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Prior money transfer or financial services experience is strongly preferred
