Right now, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, West Region at our office in Irvine, CA.

· Exemplify the Western Union behaviors in day-to-day administrative responsibilities

· Coordinate domestic and international travel

· Manage the executive's schedule and calendar - arrange appointments, meetings, and conference calls

· Coordinate related arrangements

· Prepare and compose correspondence

· Establish and maintain highly confidential files and records

· Occasionally assist with special projects

· Receive and screen incoming telephone calls and e-mails, and resolve routine to complex inquiries

· May perform addition duties in support of function work, including procurement activities, communications, etc.

· Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.

· Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and may be called upon to interpret and communicate the Executive’s intent to other managers.

What you will need to succeed:

· Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Reports to Sr Management or an Executive (typically support VP and/or SVP level and/or multiple Director level positions)

· Excellent track record of performance that involves supporting Vice Presidents and/or C-level leaders

· Highest level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and integrity required

· Strong prioritization and planning skills
