We’re seeking a FXDealer, based in our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will work with a portfolio of micro to small SME clients on their foreign exchange payment to achieve set business goals and digitalization goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.

  • Client relationship management.

  • Booking FX deals over the phone for customers.

  • Hedging discovery and upselling.

  • You will also be essential to the strategy ofdigitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiency.

  • Working closely with Global Nurturing team andlocal Digital Relationship Managers, you will be involved in the migration,activation and enablement efforts of our digital push.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • Some experience in FX Sales or Dealing.

  • Exposure in navigating customers throughplatforms.

  • Comfortable on the phone with your businessclients to explore their needs and present solutions.

  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Passion for Foreign Exchange and Sales.
