We’re seeking a Partnershipand Channel Manager, based in our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and maintaining business relationships with business unions, associations, chambers of commerce, embassies and other industrial related bodies. The role will be instrumental in progressing our partnership acquisition model, tactical sales plans and offers that will enable the Sales team to acquire new corporate clients. This role will be working very closely with Sales Team and Marketing on the industries to be targeted and execute sales plans and offers to acquire the relationships.

Build and execute a partnership plan to attractand retain quality affiliates.
Initiate idea generation for partnerships withaffiliates on events and activities to drive brand awareness and networking
Research on candidates for establishingpartnerships to align with business development strategy
Execute the Affiliate Program through onboardingnew affiliates, maintaining relationships with current affiliates and activelyconsult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed trevenue objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing team and Sales teamto initiate and execute campaigns to drive networking and lead generation.
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals,activity and other targets.
Understand and adhere to WU’s global complianceand privacy policies for Internet advertising.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environmentin which personal and professional growth is encouraged.
Must have excellent attention to detail and theability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Manage communications between key stakeholdersto ensure all deliverables are met.
Negotiation and administration of thepartnership and referral agreement
Superior ability to utilize sales data to drivetargeted activity
Observable behaviors demonstrated with clientsand team interactions
Ensuring that all internal policies andprocesses have been followed and documented to avoid errors – in particularerrors which may result in financial loss to the company
Ensuring all activities requirements (callsmade, items actioned in systems etc.) have been completed in a timely andquality manner
Provide relevant & prompt service support toall customers at all times
What you will need tosucceed:
Tertiary qualification in a business or financerelated discipline
Minimum 3 years proven channel / Events /Convention sales experience in business to business environment
Contract negotiations with experience withaffiliate/referral business partners
Superior business to business solution salesskills and the ability to identify opportunities through to closing theopportunity
Proven ability to identify key economic buyersand decision makers and a track record in initiating and developing strategicclient relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skillswith a keen ability to work with team members through to influencing C levelclients
Professional and effective presentation skills
Ability to self-motivate, work autonomously andwork to deadlines
Fluent in English and Cantonese stronglypreferred. Fluent in Mandarin a plus
Solid experience on Event / Conventions sales
Established network with business associations
Strong commercial acumen
