We’re seeking a Partnershipand Channel Manager, based in our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and maintaining business relationships with business unions, associations, chambers of commerce, embassies and other industrial related bodies. You will be instrumental in progressing our partnership acquisition model and developing strategies, tactical sales plans and offers that will enable your colleagues in the Sales team to acquire new corporate clients.

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy toattract and retain quality affiliates.

  • Manage the Affiliate Program through onboardingnew affiliates, maintaining relationships with current affiliates and activelyconsult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed theirrevenue objectives.

  • Understand and adhere to WU’s global complianceand privacy policies for Internet Advertising.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals andother targets.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environmentin which personal and professional growth is encouraged.

  • Manage communications between key stakeholdersto ensure all deliverables are met.

  • Utilize sales data to drive targeted activity.

  • Provide relevant & prompt service support toall customers at all times.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • Minimum 2 years proven lead generationexperience in a business to business environment.

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or financerelated discipline.

  • Experienced in contract negotiations withaffiliate and referral business partners.

  • Proven ability to identify key economic buyersand decision makers and a track record in initiating and developing strategicclient relationships.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese stronglypreferred. Fluent in Mandarin a plus.

  • Superior business to business solution salesskills and the ability to identify and close opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillswith a keen ability to work with team members through to influencing C levelclients.

  • Ability to self-motivate, work autonomously andwork to deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability toeffectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
