We’re seeking a Senior FX Dealer, based in our Hong Kongoffice. In this role, you will deliver customized solutions (Hedging/Payment) that help clients protect their portfolios, optimize their efficiency and maximize opportunities in diverse global markets. You are responsible for managing the client relationship, FX Sales, transaction management and execution both online and offline (Spot & Hedging Products).

Update clients on currency movements and market events and respondto and resolve client inquiries on a timely manner.
Price and pitch complex structures to ensure maximum benefit toclients
Handle both the pricing with Treasury as well as relationshipmanagement side
Project/Campaign involvement with internal departments to plan outand facilitate the execution of the business goals in order to drive thebusiness further
Working with various internal teams such as trade processing,pre-matching, settlements, cash processing, account
Partner with Client Service teams/Dealing Support team to helpchange client behavior where required to remove manual processes.
Partner with technology strategy/Product team to help identifyinternal and external facing technology improvement opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with operations & middleoffice contacts at clients.
Ensure corporate's compliance with regulatory requirements fordealing in FX Structural products
Opening and asset servicing to process transactions and resolveany exceptions on a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis for their respective clients toincrease STP and reduce client inquiries.
Ensure all day to day queries dealt with within required SLAs andescalate issues to the team leader.
Provide operations subject matter expertise and value-addedservices to clients where required.
What you will need to succeed:
Holder of a University degree or above (Preferably Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines)
Minimumof 2 years experiences in FX market / Payment Industry
BankingExperience in a Client Facing role
Proficiencyin spoken and written English and Chinese [Cantonese and Mandarin]
Qualifiedto be a Type 3 Licensedrepresentatives under SFC
Possessa Positive, Energetic attitude and attentive to details
Goodcommunication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Highlevel of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliverexceptional quality services for customers
