We’re seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst, basedin our Hammersmith, London Office . In this role, you will report to Senior Compensation Manager, and support the sales incentive performance system and all related operational processes. You will partner with multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Legal at an individual & leadership level across Europe. Your responsibilities will include setting sales quotas, execution of sales compensation, processing of quarterly sales incentive payments, conducting performance analytics & reporting, and supporting various integration and production processes.

  • You will administer salesincentive payments using Xactly (sales incentive performance system), thisincludes the calculation, review & validation, approval &submission

  • You will ensure payouts arecalculated correctly and identify & address sales performance dataanomalies and investigate & resolving inquiries

  • Manage HR data integrationprocess using Workday and partners with various stakeholders to identifyand resolve any issues

  • Develop,deploy and communicate quotas and performance objectives includinghistorical data, forecasts, sales structure and selling alignments within yourassigned region

  • You will establish ongoing quotaprocesses within a defined timeframe

  • Tracks performance against quotausing Xactly and provide analytics and statistics on quota distributions,trends and makes recommendations on quota design and methodology.

  • Drivecontinuous improvements and operational efficiencies across the business.Lead initiatives to make the systems and processes more reliable,predictable and efficient

  • Managemultiple projects & tasks in the face of competing business interests

What you will need to succeed:

  • Solid sales compensationexperience is a must

  • Advanced Excel skills is required;must be comfortable working with and analysing large data files

  • Experience with developing andmodifying sales operations processes and/or forecasting

  • Excellent presentation skills,including data visualization techniques

  • Ability to proactively build strong relationships with multiplestakeholders

  • Experience with working to tight deadlinesand delivering results

  • Ability to articulatecomplex and conceptual issues in a clear and straightforward manner

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or HR

  • Experience in a financeor sales operations role supporting sales is preferred

  • Exposure to SalesCompensation Performance Management System

  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI orETL is a plus

  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills

  • Ability to thrive inambiguity and function independently

  • Ability to managemultiple conflicting priorities
