We’reseeking a Senior Marketing Manager , based in our London office in the heart of the City. In this role, you will lead the UK & Ireland team for Global Payments, with direct responsibility for regional marketing strategy, marketing plan delivery, and people management.

You will work closely with Sales to deliver therevenue plan for the region through marketing plans geared towards newcustomer acquisition/ lead generation, improving retention & gaining shareof wallet among existing customers
Lead the regional marketing team for PaymentsProducts and FX Services, mentoring them to deliver high performance
Collaborate with the global marketing team totake the customer value proposition to the next level, based on data andanalytics
Lead efforts to drive brand affinity andpreference among new segments/ verticals
Lead Digital Transformation of marketingstrategy and execution in the region
Be a customer experience ambassador within theteam; drive a culture of delivering best-in-class customer experience
Leverage Western Union’s partnerships (e.g. LiverpoolFootball Club, industry consortia etc.) to facilitate brand building andrevenue growth
Whatyou will need to succeed:
Extensive senior level managementexperience
Experienced at working in B2BMarketing, preferably in financial services
Proven track record in Sales orB2B direct and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to develop andlead a team of experts
Highly commercial, data-drivenand results-oriented
Solid understanding of leadingdigital marketing practices and technologies
