We’reseeking a Marketing Specialist, based in our Melbourne office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role incorporates the planning, managing and delivering of foreign exchange marketing campaigns, implementing acquisition and retention campaigns across the ANZ region. The Marketing Specialist role has a high focus on successful execution and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have an integrated approach to campaigns, incorporating all marketing and communication channels, and will have the skills to bring the elements together to drive successful campaigns.

  • Assist in thedevelopment of marketing plans for defined ANZ segments. These detailedplans need to be based on research into the target audience and externalenvironment.

  • Tactical execution ofcampaigns within the regional marketing plan across Marketing Toolkits,Sales Collateral, Events and Webinars, Social Media, and Digital – design,execution and measurement.

  • Monitor, track andreport on performance from campaign activity and make recommendationsbased on the results.

  • Identify and providecampaign support to events and sponsorship opportunities in order toprovide revenue generating activity, taking a strong ROI focus and integratedmarketing activity approach.

  • Executing marketinginitiatives on time and within budget and to a high standard.

  • Work with channelpartners and internal stakeholders to support and deliver digital andemail nurturing campaigns and offline channels (events, seminars).

  • Build and developstrong business relationships with internal stakeholders (sales,marketing, accounts payable) and external suppliers (agencies, merchandisesuppliers, event management companies) to ensure effective campaignexecution.

Whatyou will need to succeed:

  • At least 2-3 years related experience working in amarketing, advertising or communications role.

  • At least 2-3 years hands-on experience dealing andmanaging internal stakeholders and external agencies, including printers, videoeditors, webinar providers, designers, advertising agencies and social mediacompanies.

  • Experience working withSFDC or Eloqua (or similar tools).

  • Working knowledge of socialmedia tools like LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter.

  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.

  • Intermediate to advancedExcel skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and end-to-endmanagement of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication andproject management skills.
