We're seeking a Specialist in Reporting & Analysis tojoin the U.S. Product Team, based in our Paseo de laReforma, Ciudad de Mexico office .
Lead, coordinate, and participate in assigned reportingprojects.
Research and analyze exchange rates, identifying trends used to make recommendations to Sr.Management.
Design,test, and documentsolutionsto pricing problems.
Analyze datato report business performance, identifyingpotential causal factors.
Create and manage processes to improvecustomer experience and brand performance.
Help grow market share for our services in keycorridors.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree required, (finance, economics,engineering preferred).
2 -4 years ofworkexperience.
AdvancedExcelskills:ability toextract data fromdatabasesand analyze it effectively andefficiently.
IntermediatePowerPointskills:translate data into actionable conclusions forexecutive presentations.
English level: B2 (75%) minimum.
Discipline in documenting informationfor audit purposes.
Excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to reach out to cross-functional partnersto understand issues, find solutions, etc.
Ability to ask the right questions toidentify the root cause of complex issues
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
