Right now, we are seeking a Manager, Global Pricing based at Western Union’s Miami office.

  • Be accountable for all aspects of a pricing program designed to locate and extract sustainable incremental growth (revenue/margin/transactions/principal) by recognizing opportunity and creating value.

  • Conduct analysis Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses to identify and quantify pricing opportunities

  • Develop and facilitate the data and analytics required to measure businesses performance relative to pricing expectations

  • Execute advanced analytics / modeling to adjust product pricing and maintain growth

  • Synthesize information

  • Extract and synthesize key results and prioritize for communication

  • Transform findings into actionable recommendations

  • Communicate key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders

  • Monitor and drive performance Lead performance management discipline with primary responsibility to oversee the optimization of the fee/fx-for-customer acquisition, service price/volume equation, revenue & profit expansion

  • Measure and track pricing KPIs to enable continuous improvements

  • KPIs Number of successful pricing actions implemented

  • Amount of incremental growth delivered to the Region/Country/Corridor Performs other related duties as assigned.

. What you will need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in pricing

  • Experience driving P&L and ROI improvements

  • Strong numerical and FP&A understanding

  • Analytical skills to drive the development of a business case/plan to determine financial viability of a product capability.

  • Ability to represent the SVP in both internal and external settings and assist in decision making to ensure team is executing in most efficient and lean way.

  • Ability to execute plans across the organization and to drive consensus across global geographies

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and collaborate successfully across the organization.

  • Ability to be a company-wide change agent that influences strategic actions and mindset challenges
