Right now, we are seeking a Manager, Corporate Real Estate, based at Western Union’s Montvale, New Jersey location.

  • Maintains working relationship with key regional business unit leaders.

  • Liaises with PMO and CREWS leadership in the management of the global portfolio.

  • Manages the administration of one or two large sites within a region.

  • Develops, maintains, and manages relationships with landlords and municipal authorities

  • Oversees facilities vendor management and contract administration for the region.

  • Provides facility management and building operations for one or two large sites within a region.

  • Manages construction initiatives within the region with support from the PMO.

  • Develops and maintains key internal competencies in space planning, inventory management, site utilization, lease administration, and forecasting.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Five to Seven years’ experience in real estate and facility management.

  • Experience managing a diverse, multi-site operation.

  • Commercial real estate project management.

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  • Strong oral, written, and analytical communication skills.

  • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.

  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully.

  • Ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes.
