We’reseeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in our La Défense, Paris Office . In this role, you will report into the Head of Marketing, to drive and implement regional business priorities in the region (France & BENELUX). Your role will encompass developing and executing marketing initiatives specifically tailored to key regional priorities by working collaboratively with other business units and regional/ global marketing and cross- functional stake holders (product, analytics, sales and operations).
You will need to be a digital super-star who is passionate about creativity and data, a mix of art and science. You will be focused and apply the test and learn approach to optimize and improve our overall performance and attract and retain loyal customers. You will need to be comfortable to analyze and use data to recommend robust marketing initiatives.

Support the France& BENELUX digital marketing strategy under the Head of Marketing.
Support the marketingplans to drive key business requirements for the France & BENELUX businesssegments.
Assist in drivingexecution of marketing initiatives by working with the digital marketing agenciesto manage creative deliverables, optimizations, and results for each campaign.
Participate ondifferent projects, from initial concepts to execution, including creativebriefs, campaign setup, trafficking and tagging.
Track, evaluate, andmeasure effectiveness and efficiency of key marketing programs, makingrecommendations for continuous improvements to achieve marketing goals.
Analyze data forexisting and potential marketing opportunities for France & BENELUXproducts and services.
Working knowledge andexecutions across search, SEO, social and digital.
Work seamlessly withother central teams including digital product, legal, global brand and othersto identify key requirements and leverage assets that will assist in drivinggrowth.
Pull key businesstracking metrics and apply learnings and understandings for readouts monthlywith senior management.
Bachelor's degree inmarketing or equivalent.
3-4 years of generalmarketing experience.
Detail-oriented,highly analytical and data- and results-driven approach.
Proven disciplinedrive for results and ability to analyze campaign results and pullaction-oriented recommendations.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-taskand run multiple campaigns through different phases of execution.
Proficiency in Exceland practical experience with various digital tools (Google Analytics, in appmessaging tools, mobile marketing attribution, etc.) is a plus.
