We’re seeking anIndirect Sales & Partnerships Manager / Sales Business Development, basedin our Paris office. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and leading the new Indirect Channel strategy for France & Benelux and achieving revenue and customer targets by establishing solid partnerships with Financial Institutions (FI) and Channel Partners (CP). He will define, drive and deliver the indirect sales strategy in France.

Personally,manage relationships directly in France & Benelux
Buildingand managing an FI&CP sales pipeline
Developand implement a Sales strategy that is consistent with the overall WU PaymentsStrategy
Complywith all corporate policies
“Hunt”for new FI and CP opportunities from identification to closure and create asustainable relationship with existing and new clients
Coordinatewith global FI&CP Sales Teams to leverage best practice, opportunitymanagement and internal support required to deliver
Influenceregional product prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that the FIand CP strategy remains competitive and relevant to our customers
Ownthe onboarding (hunt) and activation (farm) of each relationship ensuring KPIsare met at each stage to progress
Fullaccountability for achieving aggressive growth objectives for WUBS’ FI&CPchannel
Maintainingan accurate business forecast, and a granular understanding our customer’srequirements, trends, risks and opportunities Ensuring compliance throughworking closely with Western Union International Bank (WUIB)
Co-operatingand collaborating with regional colleagues across multiple countries in amatrix environment
What you will need tosucceed:
EstablishWUBS as the preferred partner for FIs and CPs when deciding how to enhancetheir global payment capability
Developand implement a Sales strategy and manage relationships with the Sales team toleverage best practice
Createnew accounts of FI and CP customers and establish strong commercialrelationship with existing clients
Mustbe fluent in English

Relevant experience in thesoftware industry (Finance focused), banking sector or payment servicesstrategy and business development at a senior level
Ability to build, manage, and maintain a strongnetwork within the Fintech, FI’s, Marketplace and Resellers ecosystem inFrance, and Benelux.
