We are seeking an Account Manager based in our Peterborough office. This is a field based role, driving growth, retention and customer engagement across a portfolio of existing UK charity and NGO customersand attracting new customers within the NGO spaceusing strong sales and relationship management skills.

Build relationships with a diverse group of existing business customers to achieve profitable growth and retention & sign new charity/NGO customers
Create and execute a portfolio strategy to ensure overachievement of targets
Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identify and prioritise opportunities that support goal achievement
Operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment, to influence, collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Ensure premium value is delivered that aligns with clients goals, delivers a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacy
Understand client’s opportunities, threats and risks to maintain and grow relationship
What you will need to succeed:
Business development experience (preferably in a B2B environment) in a thriving and fast paced environment
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
Strong collaborator with the ability to influence and persuade
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and under pressure
Strong networking to build strong internal and external relationships
Ability to lead by example and deliver service excellence to customers
