We’re seeking an EMEA Sales Trainer based in our Peterborough offices, with up to 50% travel to our London and European offices. You will be responsible foreffectively facilitating and embedding sales training programs and initiatives, whilst supporting the sales organisation in improving sales performance by delivering programmes with a local perspective using a variety of delivery methods such as instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, coaching and deal review.
As part of the wider Sales Operations team you will be working in a high-profile area of the business with the responsibility of promoting a culture of continuous development and improvement.

Facilitation, coaching and delivery of Sales programmes and initiatives.
Stakeholder engagement, promoting programmes, defining business needs and capability gap analysis.
Monitoring and communicating adoption and content consumption metrics, quality assurance.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure globally consistent messages delivered are with a local approach.
Engage with peers in the Sales Enablement Design and Delivery so there is clarity on roll out plans and confidence in delivering the materials produced by the central team.
What you will need to succeed:
Experience delivering B2B Corporate Sales methodology training
Ability to adapt style to different audiences and adjust for local requirements
Highly developed training, presentation and communication skills
Strong business acumen, able to adapt content to specific business situations
Able to work independently
