We’re seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator based in our Peterborough office. In this role, you will support the Global Payments business and report directly into the Head of Global Bid Management. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by leading proposal production for new and existing opportunities and will deliver and submit compelling and consistent proposal documents.

  • The role is to evaluate, coordinate and create professional bid responses in both the public and private sectors.

  • The Senior Bid Coordinator will complete proposals from start to finish, including managing internal deadlines, documentation and ensuring proposals are completed to a high standard in a timely and effective manner.

  • The Senior Bid Coordinator will be required to coordinate, review and complete solution proposals, RFPs, RFIs and PQQ questionnaires with accurate and up to date information and communicate deadlines between internal key stakeholders and the client.

  • The Senior Bid Coordinator will be required to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the world and will be required to host regular project management meetings to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date.

  • The individual must be business minded, commercially aware and highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail.

  • The individual must possess analytical skills and a high standard and understanding of the English language.

  • To succeed in this role, the individual must be able to multitask several projects at once, coordinate multiple stakeholders and have the ability and drive to meet challenging deadlines.

  • The successful candidate will be positioned in Peterborough with occasional travel required to other offices, when required. There may also be occasions when the Senior Bid Coordinator will be required to attend client offices to present as part of the tender process and/or contribute to negotiation discussions.

  • In addition, the successful candidate must be available, on occasions, to attend global calls regarding time sensitive tender submissions with the Head of Global Bid Management.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Project management experience

  • Experience of writing and/or managing content

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience of presenting

  • Capable user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe software

  • Knowledge of InDesign and Adobe PDF editor to design and edit client proposals in line with Global Brand Guidelines
