We’re seeking a Manager, Technology Governancebased in our Pune, India office . In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, reporting and delivering global IT strategic initiatives that have cross functional impacts across the organization. You will also be responsible for improving IT Project Management practices by leveraging existing IT capabilities, identifying improvements and defining new strategic practices, with an aim to gain alignment on all company PMO standards. The broad range of responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore in delivering projects successfully, managing the technical project resources, reporting to executive management, tracking project financials, hosting weekly project meetings, monitoring on-going risks and issue resolution.

Be responsiblefor the overall project management governance function, providing leadership,coordination and management of PMO processes and functions
Develop vision,roadmap and strategy for Enterprise PMO tools across organization
Expert acrossClarizen, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office
Enableimplementation of WU defined project management processes with help of standardtools
Manage the end toend development and deployment of the tool features/ enhancements
Establish andmaintain the Support Model for the tools at an enterprise level
Review and managethe enterprise PMO governance documentation, IT controls, Agile and SDLCframework
Drive KPImeasurement for improving efficiency and effectiveness
Managecommunication across different sets of senior stakeholders, stakeholderexpectation management
Effectivelymanage scope, timelines, budget, issues and risks of multiple projects and/orlarge program
Provide guidance toteam members on management of scope, timelines, budget, issues and risks
Ensure ITapplication development process disciplines (solution delivery, projectmanagement, work requests, QA, etc.) and standards are established, effectivelymanaged and performed
Provideinformation and periodic updates to support overall IT performance metrics,monthly project status reporting and quarterly resource planning review
Define,prioritize, allocate resources, track and provide status reporting of workassignments, projects, programs
Align executionpriorities – project delivery, employee goals, and establish service levelswith business and functional owners to drive service quality through qualitycontrol
Invest time on adaily basis on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions tochallenges and make escalations as necessary
Responsible fordeveloping and maintaining an overall sourcing plan which includes creativesourcing options and alternatives to ensure supply capacities meet work demand,role and skill set requirements and cost objectives
Partner with allstakeholders as required to implement employer branding and talent attraction,performance management, employee development, employee engagement and retentionprograms
Manage key thirdparty strategic partnerships across application teams and resolve issues asneeded
Maintaineffective communication with clients, business and partners as needed
What you willneed to succeed:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Computer Science or Electronics or related field is required
PMP and CSMcertifications
6+ years experiencein Project Management discipline with focus on leading teams to delivercomplex, technology focused projects and programs under the direction of agovernance body.
Experience in a financialservices/payments /Banking verticals
Experience managingremote and geographically distributed teams. Advanced knowledge of anEnterprise PPM Tool (e.g. Clarizen, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office).
Expert in projectand portfolio management reporting and metrics
Prior experienceleading onshore and offshore delivery, including working overlapping businesshours to partner with onshore teams
Advanced knowledgeof software development life cycles (waterfall, agile, etc.)
