We’re seeking a Manager, Project Management,based in our Pune, India office. The Manager will be responsible for the Project Management process that encourages stakeholder involvement, feedback, objective metrics and effective controls. The Scrum Master will facilitate and coordinate the activities and personnel involved in the implementation and completion of these complex projects. Projects must meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality/

  • The main function of this Manager, Scrum master / Project Management isto manage a Team of Project Manager, Scrum masters.

  • Develop, track and manage project milestones, project plans, timelinesand scope 

  • Facilitate identification of timelines, dashboards, success metrics, andfinancial scorecards for each initiative 

  • Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing,motivating, coaching and advising 

  • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality softwaresolutions that meet business needs 

  • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before UserAcceptance Testing 

  • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices andvalues to delight customers.

  • Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization.

  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left inthe Agile/Scrum frameworks.

  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by findingthe right personnel to remove the impediment.

  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raisedwithout fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis onhealing and problem-solving.

  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improvingtransparency, and radiating information.

  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming andmaintaining the product backlog.

  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership stylewhenever possible and leading by example.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering orrelated field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.  

  • Agile, PMP andCSP certifications. 

  • CEC or CSTideal

  • Strongknowledge of working Agile and experience leading multiple Scrum Teams

  • We arelooking for 12 + years of experience out of which :2+ years proven projectmanagement experience & 10+ years of proven Scrum Master experience

  • Peoplemanagement and team building skills  

  • Demonstratedability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changingenvironment and to manage
