We’reseeking a Senior Associate based in our Pune, India office . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the inhouse and virtual server infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all the IT infrastructure components and associated operating systems. Systems Engineer Senior Associate will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT enterprise systems investments.

  • Collaborate with team to ensure smooth andreliable operation of servers/IT infrastructure systems for fulfilling businessobjectives and processes.

  • Work with executive team members, andstakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identifyand resolve business systems issues.

  • Design and deploy new systems and enhancementsto existing systems, servers, and operating systems.

  • Design and perform server best practices andsystem backup procedures etc. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs as itrelates to Server management & IT infrastructure.

What you will need to succeed:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science,Engineering or related field is required.

  • 4-7 years in System Engineering Experience

  • Must be a problem solver with demonstratedexperience in solving difficult technology challenges with a can-do attitude.

  • Proven experience in overseeing the design,support, and implementation of IT infrastructure related systems.

  • Proven experience with Server management

  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goalsand objectives

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communicationskills.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keenattention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborativeenvironment.
