We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Solution Engineering based inour Pune, India office . In this role, you will be responsible to Conduct research and analysis to meet the clients missions and objectives including understanding of federal regulations.

  • Perform datamigration and conversion efforts

  • Solidunderstanding of Oracle EBS federal and financial modules and theintegration between modules

  • Lead workinggroups to elicit requirements and conduct demos of to-be processes

  • Must haveexperience in configuring the regulatory configurations and financialmodules

  • Ability todesign and document solutions for complex problems

  • Participationin projects and efforts, coordinating with other functional, technical andnon-technical team members

  • Workindependently to understand business requirements and be able to translatethem to technical requirements

Whatyou will need to succeed:

  • B.E. /B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field isrequired

  • 5-7 years ofsoftware development experience

  • Experiencein developing and implementing Oracle EBS systems

  • Knowledge ofarchitecture design concepts focusing on Oracle EBS integrations

  • Knowledge oflogical and physical database architectures and operating systems

  • Experiencein Agile and Iterative development methodologies

  • Strongcommunication skills with ability to interact with partners globally

  • Technicalareas of expertise:

  • Financialsystems experience is required

  • Oracle EBSDatabase experience is required

  • Oracle DBA,PL-SQL, SQL Tuning, are required

  • OBIEE, andAgile skills are also desired but not required

  • Bachelor’sdegree/MBA in information systems or related fields

  • Over 6years’ experience as Techno-Functional consultant

  • Functionalexperience in configuring GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, iProc, Purchasing, AME

  • Experiencein the development of CHEMLI (Configurations/Customization, Extension,Modification, Localization, and Integration)

  • Experienceis OAF development and self-service page personalization’s

  • Strongexperience in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Unix Shell scripting.

  • Well versedin the Oracle Implementation Methodology (OUM)/AIM (ApplicationImplementation Methodology)

  • Excellentunderstanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration(SOA/TIBCO)

  • Strongend-to-end testing and implementation experience is required for thisopportunity

  • Goodunderstanding of integration with third party applications(inbound/outbound)

  • Attention todetail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work infast-paced, high volume environment

  • Minimum 5years’ experience with Oracle reports development, Oracle Developer SuitePL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting

  • Minimum 4years’ experience supporting Oracle E-Business modules

  • Excellentproblem solving, analytical skills, and organizational skills

  • Strongverbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Must be ableto work independently and handle projects, prioritize, and manage multipletasks under tight deadlines and time constraints

  • Demonstratedability to work in a highly dynamic environment
