We’re seeking a Spec, Product based in ourPune, India office. In this role, youwill work on product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, and manage execution of the sprints with the WU engineering team. This role will also be responsible for new technology evaluations, and customer experience flow optimizations.

  • Defineand document product requirements, features, and functionality

  • Defineuser experience and work to resolve dependencies across teams

  • Manageproducts features through the feature development lifecycle

  • Workon features and issue backlog, prioritizations and sprint definitions

  • Actas product owner in agile process

  • Reviewcustomer feedback, recommend and track improvements based on feedback

  • Evaluateand prepare recommendations on current features and processes

  • Interactwith other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions

  • Interaction with various groups around theglobe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks

What you will need to succeed:

  • At least an undergraduatedegree in business or engineering

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant workexperience, with at least of 1 years in product management

  • Experience in mobile and webproduct management

  • Experience in agilemethodologies

  • PO certification a plus

  • Get things done attitude;Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritizecritical deadlines

  • Attention to detail and apenchant for creating great customer experiences

  • Ability to break down complexexperiences into simple documents, stories, and flows

  • Ability to effectivelycommunicate business requirements

  • Experience in Web andmobile analytics a strong plus

  • Experience in mobile and webmarketing a strong plus

  • Experience working in a large corporateenvironment a plus

  • Experience in globalmoney movement a plus
