We’re seeking a Solutions SupportAdministrator for End User Computing (EUC), based in our Muñoz, Quezon Cityoffice . In this role, as the Administrator, you will respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and / or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases. Your will perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair. You will also evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals in APAC region.

  • Manageassigned incidents and requests according to EUC SLA’s, hardware andsoftware break fix, installations and changes, new systems configurations,and deployments

  • Workon assigned initiatives to raise operational excellence, proactiveproblem-solving initiatives, software and hardware upgrades

  • Workon assigned tasks for ongoing projects, EUC initiatives for newtechnologies deployments, initiate process improvements to minimize wasteand bring efficiencies

  • Liaisewith peers, colleagues, internal customers to ensure collaborationand engagement in project implementations and dayto day operational requirements

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’sdegree holder in the field of Information Technology (IT), or with yearsof relevant work experience

  • At leastthree (3) to five (5) years of related IT experience providing end usersupport preferably within the operations environment.

  • Experiencein a company with ITIL processes implemented

  • Experiencesupporting end user operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS

  • Experienceworking with mobile devices that run in Android or iOS

  • Knowledgeof device and software deployment

  • Knowledgeof management tools including Active Directory, HyperV / VDI, Pulse, MSOffice, Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video, Avaya

  • Strongcommunication skills with ability to interact with partners globally

  • Mustbe a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficulttechnology challenges

  • Acan-do attitude

  • Amenableto work on shifting schedule
