We’re seeking a Solutions Support Administrator forEnd User Computing (EUC), based in our Muñoz, Quezon City office . In this role, as the Administrator, you will respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and / or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases. Your will perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair. You will also evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals in APAC region.

  • Manage assigned incidentsand requests according to EUC SLA’s, hardware and software break fix,installations and changes, new systems configurations, and deployments

  • Work on assigned initiativesto raise operational excellence, proactive problem-solving initiatives,software and hardware upgrades

  • Work on assigned tasks forongoing projects, EUC initiatives for new technologies deployments,initiate process improvements to minimize waste and bring efficiencies

  • Liaise with peers,colleagues, internal customers to ensure collaborationand engagement in project implementations and dayto day operational requirements

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree holder inthe field of Information Technology (IT), or with years of relevant workexperience

  • At least three (3) years ofrelated IT experience providing end user support preferably within theoperations environment.

  • Experience in a company withITIL processes implemented

  • Experience supporting enduser operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS

  • Experience working withmobile devices that run in Android or iOS

  • Knowledge of device andsoftware deployment

  • Knowledge of managementtools including Active Directory, HyperV / VDI, Pulse, MS Office,Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video, Avaya

  • Strong communication skillswith ability to interact with partners globally

  • Must be a problem solverwith demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges

  • A can-do attitude

  • Amenable to work on shiftingschedule
